We had a very nice stay, as soon as walked through the doors it felt like home. They made it easy to check in and out. We also, enjoyed our evening walks around the neighborhood to the river and back. I would definitely recommend or rent from them again.

Outstanding stay in a well appointed, tastefully decorated two bedroom unit in a 4plex. Quite area and perfect fit for our family while traveling for thanksgiving. We had some plans change and a kid who got sick on the day of checkout and the host was very accommodating with a minor fee to extend until 5pm as a late checkout. Would recommend to anyone visiting the boise area! This was the lowest priced non shared dwelling in the area for our dates and was far nicer than many that cost more.

We had a great stay in the condo, it had just what we needed. We loved how conveniently located it was. We didn’t get to use the hot tub, but the common area was lovely. We’d definitely return!

It is a lovely townhouse! Three block walk to the Greenbelt & wonderful common space w/ hot tub. JoAnna is a fantastic host! She was quickly responsive, kind and helpful. Thank you for proving us with such a wonderful stay!

Loved my stay. Ended up extending for a few weeks because it was so cozy! Close to greenbelt which was wonderful for nature. Host was very accommodating and lovely to work with !

Thank you for a wonderful stay it was just as nice as your listing! We were in town visiting our dear friends Heath and Andi VanPatten with Next Home! We had wonderful massages at Two Rivers Spa and also enjoyed a day cruising on Payette Lake and toured Tamarack Resort! Idaho was a breath of fresh air ❤️ Thanks again for a great place, home away from home! Sincerely, Candie Forgive me but I just realized we didn’t put the trash in the large receptacle outside. We did not eat or cook at your place we just made a pot of coffee. We did enjoy the hot tub! There was a chlorine tablet sitting in it and it had PLENTY in it, the fumes were strong. We did watch the arrival video and thought you’d like to know the hot tub red release latch is missing. What a bummer the plants at the outdoor patio/spa didn’t survive. This spot is the perfect place for a relaxing girl's weekend. Close to many great restaurants, the Green Belt (great for walking!), dog friendly and with a hot tub right outside. The kitchen was more than I expected with lots of appliances and a large fridge to store anything you might need. JoAnna was wonderful and communicative, and the check-out instructions were simple. 10/10 recommend this being your next stay in Garden City!

Loved how close we were to the green belt and it was a quiet neighborhood. If you enjoy wine it extremely close to many tasting rooms. A huge PLUS!! Everything was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.

Perfect place to stay for our crew doing a show at Expo Idaho. Everyone had their own little house and it’s sooo close to the venue. Would absolutely stay there again.
