This 2022 custom built home provides all the modern comforts and amenities while staying true to a Southwest chic motif complete with personalized mood lighting and chiminea (seasonal). This space is centrally located and only a short walk to the Boise River Greenbelt access point and local wineries. The property features a community hot tub, firepit, and heat lamp for those cool winter evenings.

From the customizable mood lighting to the skulls, from furs to cacti--every space in this home is designed to inspire a sense of feeling grounded and provide a sense of rest and relaxation. Enjoy the evening next to a cozy little fire on the patio. If you enjoy cooking, a fully equipped kitchen awaits and the grill is ready to go for your use. We welcome pets but please note there is no grass or enclosed outdoor space for your pets at this property. Pets must be leashed at all times when out of the unit. The Boise River Greenbelt is a fantastic nearby trail to walk your leashed pets and we highly recommend that experience for all of our guests! For our midterm guests, please refer to our house rules for midterm considerations if booking this space for greater than 30 nights. Housekeeping available for an additional fee.

House rules

Please do not tamper with the security camera located at the back of the property on the shed. Tampering of the security camera will result in a $200 fee. We want you to feel at home, however we do ask that should furnishings be rearranged during your visit that they be replaced to their original positions. Please be advised that our cleaning team will charge additional fees for rearranging furniture should this occur. Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside of the home. If you smoke outside, please dispose of your trash appropriately. If it is found after check out that smoking has occurred in the home, a fee of $200 will be applied. In the event that a guest stays beyond the check out time, without expressed written permission from the host, the guest will be charged two times the nightly rate of the date(s) the late checkout occurred. Please communicate with the host if you feel you are running behind to make alternative arrangements. We want your fur friends/family to be comfortable during their stay but we do require that you clean up after them and dispose of their waste in the garbage cans provided outside. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. Pets must be leashed and attended when outside of the suite. Please note that there are no enclosed or grassy areas on the property. No more than 2 pets per booking. Absolutely no parking in the easement of the property–this area is indicated with “no parking” signs. Any vehicle parked in the easement will be towed at the expense of the vehicle's owner. Garages are accessible to guests however parking 4 wheeled vehicles in the garage is not allowed. Common Area A video will be sent to orient our guests to the community outdoor area. Guests are responsible for watching this video and complying with all rules and procedures of operation. Spa Spas and steps can present an inherent danger. You are accepting full responsibility for the safety of renting parties and all guests; and agreeing to supervise children to ensure their safety. Owners assume no responsibility for any accident or injury. The spa is strictly an amenity, and the use of the amenity is not guaranteed as maintenance may be necessitated to ensure proper and safe performance. We do our best to ensure availability but no refund will be issued should there be any interruption or non-availability of the hot tub during your stay. Spa Rules -No glass allowed in the spa area -No food or beverages aside from water in the spa -Shower prior to and after using the spa -If you notice any water quality issues, such as cloudy, dirty, gritty, or smelly water, we recommend that you DO NOT USE THE HOT TUB and notify the host immediately.. -Follow posted sign rules (no diving, no peeing) -An adult must be present with any children 14 years or younger -The spa is to be covered when not in use to preserve heat and debris prevention -Please only use designated striped spa towels when using the spa (located under the sink in each bathroom) -Upon arrival, we will send you a video with how to operate the spa. Please watch this. -Only guests are allowed to use the spa -Pets are not allowed in the spa under ANY circumstances -Do not to use and not allow members of Guest's party to use any type of soaps, shampoo, lotions, bubbles, glitter, or bath oils in the hot tub or pool, as damage to the hot tub/pool and/or skin irritation may occur. Firepit Rules -This is a propane fire pit, burning anything else in the firepit is prohibited. -Please turn off when finished and replace cover. -Notify host if propane needs to be refilled. Heat Lamp -Please turn off the heat lamp when not in use Midterm Considerations: Guests staying in excess of 30 nights must pay as outlined by booking platform. If payment is not received as scheduled, the booking will be terminated and the home will no longer be accessible to any guest in the booking party. The guest will be charged for the removal of all personal belongings left in the home, as well as any additional nights that it takes to remove said belongings should this occur. Monthly housekeeping is provided at no additional cost to guests staying greater than 30 nights. Additional housekeeping is available for any guest for $150/visit. In booking via this platform it is understood that all guests within the booking party agree to the terms listed within the house rules as well as the rules outlined within the platform.

This home is located just a short walk from the Boise River Greenbelt acccess point and local wineries. The Boise River Greenbelt is the gateway to Boise and Garden City with rentable scooters all along the trail.

This is one unit within a 4-plex. Any guest that books this unit has access to the entire unit, including the garage and private back patio to the rear of the unit. Guests also have access to the shared outdoor common area located to the rear of the property.

We stayed at the condo for a month and were extremely impressed! The place was tidy, organized, comfortable and stocked with everything you need for a long term stay . Location and area are beautiful with great parks, restaurants and easy access to downtown Boise. The best part was our host JoAnna who was easy to communicate with and attentive to our requests. She will go above and beyond to ensure guests comfort and satisfaction. I highly recommend this BNB for short and long stays.

Joanna’s place was exceptional. It had everything you would need and then some. Beautiful inside and out. I was impressed by how quiet it was for the location. We loved sitting outside in the evening. Very nice place and very comfortable. Thank you Joanna for thinking of everything. It made our stay that much better :)

Find us

This area is easy to drive in and navigate but if you would prefer to experience this incredible destination to the fullest, we highly recommend renting either scooters or bicycles. The area is very cycle friendly. Uber is available at most times as well.
